Two people who wanted Uzbekistan explained properly, in every language they could manage.

Started Explore Uzbekistan out of a simple frustration: almost everything written about the country in English was either a tour brochure or a footnote in someone else's history. This site is the version he wanted to be able to send people.

Oversees the interactive map and BEK assistant

Co-founder

Works on the research and sourcing behind the content — checking dates, chasing down the origin of a claim, and deciding what earns a place on a page that has to work in six languages at once.

Built the source list behind the history and Jadid sections
Coordinates translation review in all six languages
